I sent my friend a Valentine's day and she received the most wonderful flowers. They are still in bloom btw and it's been a week. Today I asked her if she received the teddy along with e flowers and to my surprise she sad No. Imagine my disappointment since I really wanted to gift her a teddy. So I contacted Gift in day and they were sooo nice they listened to my complain and withing an hour she got her teddy. So HIGHLY recommend them if you want to give a great gift to your loved ones
