Return & Refund Policy

  • Refund & Cancellation:

In any condition if you like to cancel order please forward your request 24 hours before less than 12 hours timing we will not be able to cancel your order or refund any payment due to advance payments to concern bakeries, flowers vendors, Garments & other brands. For items which required order before 2-7 days, cancellation options may not be available, due to order or items dispatched for delivery or in condition of making.

Note : If Customer Was Cancelled for any Reason So 20% Amount Will be deduction From The Order Amount 

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. On rare occasions, Giftinday.com  offers refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If your refund approved, then your refund will be processed & you will receive refund in standard refund timing of your bank which is normally 8-15 business days, but it can vary bank to bank, for exact timing call to your bank help line & ask them what is there standard timing for refund.

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Troubles in Delivery:

In conditions of invalid, non-working or non – responding contact # of receiver for delivery of incomplete address extra , your order can be wasted & we will not be able to refund or re-deliver due to perishable items, particularly. In many areas of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & Rawalpindi house & street numbers are not mentioned clearly or not in a sequence, So in all these conditions valid working receiver contact # is mandatory for surprise or normal deliveries. If the area/city selected on the website is different than the actual address Giftinday.com  will not accept any responsibility for non-delivery & refund.
